Is the $99 setup fee required?
Yes — the setup fee covers the provisioning of your private server, initial configuration, category setup, branding, and a 30-minute onboarding call with our team. It's a one-time cost, not recurring. On annual plans, we sometimes waive it — reach out and ask.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 30 days, plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties either way.
What if our community grows past the member limit?
We'll proactively reach out before you hit your limit and help you upgrade. Your forum won't go down or stop working — we just won't let new members register until you upgrade.
How do we cancel?
